On the shores of Lake Onega, this relatively new hotel offers great views and a peaceful location. the staff are friendly and helpful, although some may struggle with English. Rooms are spacious and clean, but armchairs are not provided, and air exchange is limited. the buffet breakfast could offer more fresh fruit, but there are nearby cafes offering second breakfast. the modern and spacious bathroom adds extra comfort and the beds ensure a great night's sleep. shower curtains may need washing.

This hotel, located right on the beautiful shores of Lake Onega, is a true hidden gem. The peaceful location on a historical embankment offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The rooms, with their stunning views of the lake, are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread, although it could use more fresh fruit, provides a variety of options to kickstart your day.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Celebrated New Year's Eve at a castle by the lake, a dream come true! The place was astounding, with a castle-like architecture, a beautiful view of the lake, and well-maintained property. The staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed the lovely sauna, delicious food, and excellent wine. One of the best things was the convenient location close to the city, shops, and cafes, yet a perfect escape from the hustle-bustle.
One downside is that they had only one restaurant open, which became overcrowded, making the dining experience a bit frustrating. , the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong, which was slightly inconvenient for those of us who needed to stay connected.
